Xiaoyang Li, Esq.

Xiaoyang focuses on the areas of blockchain law, digital securities and tokenization, securities law, emerging companies, and general corporate practice. Her practice concentrates on assisting clients in private offerings of traditional and tokenized securities to both U.S. and non-U.S. investors. She advises start-up clients in a broad spectrum of legal matters, ranging from entity formation, corporate governance, fundraising, agreement drafting, to developing protective website policies. She also counsels digital payment transmitter in obtaining New York BitLicense and money transmitter licenses in various states.

Xiaoyang brought with her extensive financial knowledge and experience in joining the legal profession. She used to work for prominent employers such as IBM and Goldman Sachs in Singapore. Xiaoyang is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
